Returns

We don't offer returns/refunds.

Each piece is produced in limited batches. This allows us to avoid wastage & offer honest pricing. 

Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at hello@netinetilife.com.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible once the order is processed/shipped. 

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 
• The items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. 
• Exchanges will be processed only after we inspect & approve the condition of the returned item. 
• Shipping costs (to/fro) are borne by the customer. 
• Management decision on approval of an exchange is final. 

Non Returnable/Non Exchangeable items

• Items that are worn, washed or altered.
• Items without their original tags, packaging.
• Final Sale items.
